Isaac Alkire, 72, died Sunday night at the home of his sister, Mrs. Amos Smith near Rob Roy. Death came after an illness of four weeks of dropsy. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday morning at 9 o’clock from the home of Mrs. Amos Smith. The body will be taken overland to Hoopeston for burial. - kz
